CHARLES MERRITT, PE, CFM

Mr. Merritt has earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is a Texas Registered Professional Engineer and a Certified Floodplain Manager. He has over 15 years of experience with water resource engineering, roadway design, residential subdivision, commercial, and industrial land development projects.
